The Kardashian-Jenner clan knows how to celebrate a birthday. Whether they’re posting the cutest throwback photos, or showering the birthday girl with gifts galore, they never pass up the opportunity to make a statement. So, is it really a surprise that Kourtney Kardashian rang in her 38th birthday totally nude?
The incredibly fit mom-of-three shared a photo in her “birthday suit” to Instagram on Tuesday, and damn does she look good. The naked birthday girl is standing in a pool, in the process of doing a hair flip and thus showing off her incredibly toned butt, giving sister Kim Kardashian West’s infamous Paper magazine cover a run for its money.
Of course, this isn’t the only mention of Kourtney’s big day on social media. Khloé shared an adorable video filled with footage of her big sis, writing, “Happy birthday to the Milly to my Vanilli.” And mom Kris pulled out the vintage pics for a sweet photo collage.

Calvin Klein’s latest women’s underwear campaign may be its most inclusive yet.
Starring a broad spectrum of models—from up-and-comers like Maya Thurman-Hawke (Ethan Hawke and Uma Thurman‘s daughter), actress Laura Harrier, and Chase Sui Wonders (Anna Sui’s niece), to more established talent like Nathalie Love, Kirsten Dunst, Rashida Jones, and Lauren Hutton—the ad aims to showcase all different kinds of sexiness.
And oh, sexy it is. Set to an ethereal melody and Tame Impala-esque vocals, the grainy black-and-white video plays like the visual equivalent to ocean waves lilting against the shore, spotlighting each model in her own unique frame. Unsurprisingly, the ad boasts the immense talent of director Sofia Coppola (and some of her favorite muses), lending a dreamy Virgin Suicides-type feel to the project.

When I think Coachella fashion, I think all things summer: crop tops and jean shorts, sunglasses and flip-flops. The festival is hosted in the middle of the desert! There’s no doubt it’s going to get hot and sweaty up in those mosh pits.
But this year, celebrities went a different route with their footwear: boots. Timberland boots, to be exact. The Hollywood faves were spotted on everyone from Victoria’s Secret angels to singers, and while the footwear choice was a bit puzzling considering the heat, you can’t deny that they look pretty darn cool when paired with high-waist shorts and a crop top.

Hailey Baldwin kicked off the trend while literally sprinting to Coachella (on Instagram, of course) in a spring-y white pair of boots, and we spotted a similar white pair of Timbs on Joan Smalls too ($170; footlocker.com).
The 6-inch style seems to be the way to go when you’re partying in the desert, as model Josephine Skriver also demoed in a pair of nubuck lace-up booties above ($140; zappos.com). She even demoed the festival-way of wearing the boots, leaving the laces loose and pairing them with a high pair of black socks. Chic.
Skriver then changed into an all-mint look complete with a lacy bralet and a matching pair of mint green Timberlands ($170; nordstrom.com). Because no one said your Timbs had to come in just black or brown.
Empire star Serayah McNeill also got in on the fun, pairing her denim overalls with a pair of light gray boots ($170; nordstrom.com).

Doesn’t it feel like just yesterday that Jessica Simpson was pregnant with her first child? Honestly, it still feels like mere years ago that she and Nick Lachey were the portrait of newlywed bliss (reality check: they divorced ELEVEN years ago!). It’s pretty mind-blowing how J.Simpson’s life and persona has changed since the early aughts.
Today, Simpson is gearing up for her three-year anniversary with her former NFL player hubby Eric Johnson. The pair shares two adorable children—Maxwell Drew, 4, and Ace Knute, 3.
On Monday, Simpson threw us back into holiday-mode with a sweet portrait of her beautiful family. Decked out in an array of Easter pastels and brights, Jessica and Eric share a smooch—Maxwell adorably mimics their chaste kiss at the bottom of the photo, while her little brother (perched on Johnson’s shoulders) stares un-amusedly at the camera.
We can’t get over how cute Ace is in that mini-hipster ensemble (complete with straw fedora, of course).

Blake Lively is waging war on child pornography. The actress appears in Variety‘s “Power of Women” issue, in which she discusses her work with the Child Rescue Coalition to stop the sharing of explicit images of minors. With two young kids of her own at home, Blake was drawn to the work of protecting children.
“There are millions of files all over the world being traded every single day of child pornography,” she tells Variety. “It’s so disturbing. A lot of these people are fathers.”
To stop the practice, Lively and Child Rescue Coalition are promoting a groundbreaking technology that flags the IP addresses of those who download and share such files. “If you proactively find these predators, you can save so many children,” she says.

Between raising her two girls—2-year-old James and 6-month-old Ines—with husband Ryan Reynolds, working in Hollywood, and championing a cause close to her heart, it’s a miracle that Lively even has time to sleep. But in a behind-the-scenes video from the shoot, the Shallows star explains how balances motherhood with her career.

“Don’t compromise one for the other, and you can do both fantastically. And some days you’ll do both horribly. As long as you’re happy and give your family all the love and attention they need, it all sort of like falls into place.”
Okay, Mr. and Mrs. Obama—you WIN for being the cutest couple on earth. Just when we thought the Obamas’ post-White House vacation style couldn’t be more enviable, Barack goes off and becomes a certifiable #InstagramHusband, according to one astute Twitterer. Move over, Ryan Reynolds, because you’ve got some stiff competition.
The Obamas are reportedly still living their best life in French Polynesia, rubbing elbows with the likes of Oprah Winfrey, Tom Hanks, and Bruce Springsteen. They’re getting plenty of R&R, snapping pics they’re presumably sending to their girls back home.
One particular shot has the internet in a tizzy. The loving couple can be seen from afar, soaking up the sun and surf on a posh yacht, with Barack in summer whites, holding his iPad (!) at a safe distance while Michelle poses effortlessly for her OOTD (a sleeveless number and a small clutch, from what we can see), her gorgeous natural hair taking in that salty breeze.
“Can you take another one, this time vertically,” we can only imagine the former First Lady asking her all-too-willing husband.

Demi Lovato hasn’t always been a girl’s girl, choosing to surround herself with men instead of women for a large portion of her career—but with good reason.
The “Stone Cold” singer admits that for a long time she didn’t really have any female friends, largely because there weren’t any women in her life that she truly trusted. “In my work environment, I used to only surround myself with men,” she told Mamamia while promoting her new animated film Smurfs: The Lost Village. “I only had guys in my band, and I toured with guys and my tour manager was a guy and this and that.”
But now, the star sees things differently and has made a conscious effort to surround herself with trustworthy ladies that she admires and looks up to—and she’s reaped the benefits. “I made a specific change. There was a time I used to say that I just didn’t get along with girls,” she shared. “I reevaluated why I didn’t get along with girls, and I think it’s because I didn’t really have any in my life that I trusted. Now I’ve made it a point to surround myself with strong women and it’s really made a difference in my life.”
Lovato shared that her newfound female friends have become positive role models that she regularly turns to for advice, and it has changed her world for the better.

Fossil’s still selling your favorite watches, but now they do a whole lot more than keep you on time.
The brand’s newest campaign, set to launch next week, features a line-up of celebrity influencers with strong ties to Fossil’s signature timepieces. Titled “Fossil Firsts,” the campaign in question gives Kristen Bell, Yara Shahidi, Leslie Odom Jr., and Austin Mahone a chance to discuss (what else?!) their first Fossil watch.
“We wanted to select a cast that really authentically had some tie to what their first Fossil was … Our brand really is all about celebrating authenticity so we didn’t want to do some celebrity just for reach,” Fossil chief creative officer Jill Elliott explained.
The campaign, which is expected to run through the end of the year, aims to introduce a new demographic to the brand.
“What we’re really trying to do is introduce people who aren’t aware that we’ve moved into the smart category [and say] that we’re in it now. And if you were aware of it, that we’re still Fossil,” Elliott concluded.

The Beckham family could have another musician in their midst. Today is former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham’s 43rd birthday, and her youngest child (and only daughter) Harper celebrated with a serenade.
In a clip that VB posted to Twitter and Instagram, 5-year-old Harper stands in front of a bright pink wall in an adorable white dress, singing “Happy Birthday” to her mom (in a British accent too!) while snapping her fingers. When it comes time to name the birthday girl, Harper calls her “mommy,” and it’s almost too cute to handle.
Of course, the fashion designer couldn’t miss calling out her other loves as well, giving a shout-out to husband David, and sons Brooklyn, Romeo, and Cruz in the caption.
Could David and Victoria have another Spice Girl on their hands? It looks like little Harper isn’t shy in front of the camera, and she has an angelic voice. But she isn’t the only Beckham hoping to break into the entertainment industry: In December, her older brother Cruz released his first single, “If Every Day Was Christmas.”

The Garment Project is lending a hand to women who are recovering from eating disorders. The nonprofit based in Pittsburgh, Pa., provides those in recovery with a new wardrobe of never-worn clothing that has all of the size info removed—all free of charge.
“To return home to a closet full of clothes that are too small or too big or I used at one point as a tool to measure my own body was not healthy. And not having the financial stability to replace a lot of those items so that I could feel confident to go back into work or go back to school, there are too many people going through that,” eating disorder survivor and Garment cofounder Erin Drischler says in the video at top. “This is something that’s missing. No one else is providing this.”
The organization, which started in February, reaches out to in-patient facilities across the U.S. to connect with women ready to transition back into living on their own. Garment first sends each woman a basics package “with a few items just to get them started.” Then with the information provided by the treatment team, Garment creates an individualized shopping page just for them using the clothing items, which have been donated to the organization directly from retailers.
“There’s no need to deal with sifting through racks, ripping off sizes, or even being at the mall. Your wardrobe will come to you,” Drischler says. “There are so many pressures that a person faces as they’re preparing to leave. The pressures to do well, the pressures to maintain a weight, and the pressure to be a new person in an environment that hasn’t necessarily changed.”

“If we can take away the first trigger that the woman will face the second she transitions back into her life, this is something that can make all the difference in their recovery.”
